The representative of our firm was a foreign expatriate in Hawaii for a major Japanese developer for 10 years. During this time, he was involved in the development of residential subdivisions, condominiums and commercial facilities, as well as the merger & acquisition of partially developed golf courses, foreclosure and collection of debt.Furthermore, he is experienced as the president of the board of condominium associations in Waikiki with over 400 units as well as serving as a member of the Rental Advisory Committee at hotel operated condominiums.Through these experiences, he has built up not only knowledge but network in the specialized fields.The difference between our firm and other real estate companies is that we offer many specialized services.
Not only real estate brokerage and management, we also handle research of court documents requested by large economic newspaper and research companies, as well as handling of foreclosure and auction for Japanese financial institutions. We also handle the creation of revocable living trust to avoid probate, inheritance assistance, and construction of custom residential homes from vacant lots.
Furthermore, from 2016 we have been authorized from Central Pacific Bank to provide bill payment services to clients.
We also provide translation of Japanese family register, corporate register and corporate registration of Japanese corporations in Hawaii, establishment of domestic corporation and registered representative for their business in Hawaii.
